The Blood Becoming series is set in 2046, against the beautiful, scenic backdrop of the North East of England. At its heart is DCI Eleanor Moore, a detective who relies on evidence and procedure, yet finds herself facing cases that challenge the limits of conventional policing.
DCI Eleanor Moore is drawn into a series of brutal killings that defy explanation. As she follows the trail of evidence, she uncovers links between the crimes, the vaccine, and a shadowy conspiracy determined to control the future. The investigation becomes painfully personal when Eleanor realises a member of her own family may be entangled in the very secrets she is chasing.
Blood Becoming: Halvyn Dawn is a paranormal crime thriller set in near future, where the aftermath of a contaminated vaccine has altered humanity in ways no one yet fully understands. Hybrid beings walk among us, their true nature hidden until violence drags them into the light.
Halvyn Dawn is the first book in the trilogy and is scheduled for publication in Spring 2026.
